It is our priority to carry out production according to the international standards by meeting the deadlines thanks to our experienced central team that covers the planning, design, marketing, modelshop, production, quality control and packaging departments, as well as each point of the supply chain production line including the fabrics, accessories, printing, embroideries etc. and whenever required, we also work with the subcontracting workshops that are technically and socially approved, in order to support our internal production capacity.

We carry out production in scope of denim, denim jacket, denim shorts, denim dresses, denim suits, trousers, t-shirts, jackets, shirts, skirts, sportswear, slip, jumper and many more ready-made clothing groups for men and women.

PLANNING

Being able to meet our business partners’ competitive price and short deadline expectations by using our resources in the most efficient way while maximizing the profitability can only be possible through extensive and detailed production planning, control, stock and material management, correct subcontracting/internal production choices and having a quality management system that can be adopted by all of our factory employees.

With these goals, we firstly carry out the macro-level production plans by focusing on production planning and control, then observe the suitability of the production to the plans in scope of micro-level production controls to rectify the problems. In this way we are able to create an efficient and fluent balance between our customers’ orders & production & stocks & supplies.

MODELSHOP

Our modelshop department is one of the strongest departments of our business thanks to its quick service, expert employees, customized design and product development sections and computerized moulding system. Our experienced staff uses state-of-the-art technologies to transform the models submitted by the customers into moulds ready for cutting based on the fabric properties. We produce and deliver the samples in the best way by using computer technologies both during price estimation and moulding stages thanks to the production line assigned for the modelshop.

CUTTING PROCESSES

Our technological cutting and laying machines have 30.000 pcs./day capacity. We use fully automated computer-aided cutting systems whenever sensitivity and speed are required; all stages are carried out under the control of the computer from mould preparation to spreading, fabric laying and cutting processes.

Computer-aided cutter system cuts even the smallest pieces without any error, and completely performs the cutting processes including the pre-sewing sorting process.

SEWING PROCESSES

The experienced and skilled machine operators are our biggest competitive advantage. Having more than 20 years of experience of working with the international brands of highest quality, we offer our customers the best quality that is possible. Our sewing department produces at highest quality and delivers in time. It is a pioneering ready-made production facility that is shown as example for adopting the highest production quality as standard thanks to their periodic personnel trainings.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our Quality Management System allows us to perfectly meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Our company carries out meticulous controls based on the rules determined by our customers in addition to the in-line process controls, the end-line quality controls and the pre-delivery controls to ensure our customers receive perfect products.

Our Quality Control department has two different sections dedicated to the preliminary controls after sewing and the final controls after ironing to meticulously control each product to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

IRONING AND PACKAGING

These applications include various washing processes to obtain different types of products.. With the wet or dry washing processes, it is possible to leave physical and chemical effects on the clothes as desired.

We have 20000 pcs./day ironing & packaging capacity within our body to ensure final consumer satisfaction by meeting the quality standards with 100% control with the help of metal detectors. We apply strict final package controls in addition to the controls carried out in each production stage to preserve the trust of our customers which we have gained through long years.
